Acceptable Use and Community Policy

• Use your own account. Do not use another learner's account.
• Do not give anybody your password.
• Do not sell, lend, or share access.

We keep a record of the browsers and devices your account signs in from. We hold no address of your device and nothing about what is on it. If we see an account used from many places in a way that reads as sharing, we ask you about it, and we may limit or close the account.

Other learners see your nickname on the leaderboard. Choose one that:

• Uses letters, numbers, spaces, underscores, or hyphens, between 3 and 24 characters.
• Is not your full real name, your school, your address, or your phone number.
• Carries no insult, no obscenity, no sectarian or political attack, and no impersonation of a teacher, of Shareh, or of another learner.

We refuse a nickname that breaks this rule, and we may change one that reaches the leaderboard.

The leaderboard shows your nickname, your points, and your rank. It shows no real name, no email address, and no phone number.

When too few learners are ranked in a group for a nickname to stay anonymous, the board is hidden rather than shown. You still see your own position.

If you do not want to appear on the leaderboard, write to support@shareh.ai and we take you off it. You keep your points and your streak.

Do not:

• Record, screenshot for sharing, download, or re-upload a lesson video, an exercise, or a quiz.
• Post a lesson link, a quiz answer, or course material anywhere outside the platform.
• Present platform content as your own work.

Course content belongs to Shareh or to the person who licensed it to us. Sharing it breaches the Terms of Use and, in Egypt, infringes Law No. 82 of 2002 on intellectual property.

The exercises and the quizzes measure what you know. Do not use another person, another account, or an automated tool to answer them for you. We may reset a score, remove points, or close an account when we find that.

Do not probe, scan, or attack the platform. Do not try to reach a course you have not bought. Do not run a script that collects content. Do not try to reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Support is staffed by people. Speak to them the way you would want to be spoken to. We end a conversation that becomes abusive.

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, change or remove your nickname, reset a score, remove points, remove leaderboard access, suspend the account, or close it. Where the circumstances allow, we tell you first and let you answer.

Where a guardian's contact details are on the account and the learner is under 18, we may tell the guardian.
