Terms of Use

Science Street for Technology and Educational Services, commercial register number 207977, tax registration number 752864041, registered at 10 Ghernata Street, Heliopolis, Cairo, operates the learning platform at shareh.ai under the name Shareh. In these terms, Shareh and we mean that company. You reach us at support@shareh.ai or on WhatsApp at +20 10 4424 4332.

These terms apply when you create an account, when you buy a course, and whenever you use the platform. The following documents are part of this agreement:

• The Privacy Policy
• The Cookie Policy
• The Refund and Cancellation Policy
• The Acceptable Use and Community Policy
• The Guardian and Minors Policy

If a term in one of those documents conflicts with a term here, the more specific document governs for its subject.

You accept these terms when you tick the acceptance box during registration and create your account. We record the version you accepted and the moment you accepted it, as section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot create an account.

We ask you to accept again when we publish a version that materially affects your rights. Until you do, you reach the acceptance screen rather than the platform. This applies to an account created before these terms were published as well.

The platform is for school students. If you are under 18, you must have your guardian's agreement before you register, and you name your guardian when you register.

You accept these terms for yourself. Registration asks for your guardian's email address and mobile number, and we write to that address to tell your guardian that the account exists, to name you and the account email address, and to give your guardian a way to object. We do not ask your guardian to accept these terms separately, and we do not verify either contact value. The Guardian and Minors Policy sets out how that works.

One person, one account. You may not create an account for another person, and you may not let another person use yours.

You give true information when you register: your real first and last name, a working email address, and your guardian's contact details. You keep that information current on your profile.

You choose a nickname. Other learners see your nickname on the leaderboard, so it must follow the Acceptable Use and Community Policy. We refuse a nickname that another learner already holds, and we refuse a nickname that breaks that policy.

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe somebody else has reached it.

Your account is for you. We keep a record of the browsers and devices your account signs in from, so that we can see an account being shared. We hold no address of your device and nothing about what is on it. Details of what that record holds are available on request from support@shareh.ai.

If we see sharing, we may ask you about it, limit the account, or close it under clause 14.

Prices show in Egyptian pounds and include every applicable tax. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We sell a single course and we sell a bundle of several courses. A bundle opens every course it names.

An order you start but do not pay for expires. An expired order takes no money and reserves nothing. Start again at the price the storefront then shows.

We may change a price at any time. A change never applies to an order you have already paid for.

You pay in one of two ways.

Card and wallet. We take the payment through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. Our record of the order holds the amount, the state of the payment, and the reference our provider returns.

Manual transfer. You send the money by bank transfer or InstaPay and give us the transfer reference. Your order then waits for review. A member of our team checks the transfer and approves or refuses it. Nothing opens until the transfer is approved, and we refuse a reference we cannot match to money received.

An order is complete when our payment provider confirms it, or when we approve your transfer. You then receive an email receipt and your access opens.

A discount code reduces the price of an order at checkout. A code may be limited in time, in the number of times it is used, or in what it applies to, and we may withdraw a code at any time before you use it.

Every paid order earns you one discount code for your next purchase. It expires at the end of its last day, counted where you live. You hold one unspent code of this kind at a time: the next one is earned when you spend it.

A discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If we refund an order that a code was spent on, the code is spent.

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to study what you bought, from the moment your access opens until the end date shown on the product, on the Shareh platform. That end date is a fixed calendar date and not a period counted from your purchase.

It does not give you ownership of the course, and it does not let you copy, download, record, resell, share, or publish any part of it.

We may add to a course, correct it, or reorganise it while you hold access.

The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out when you get your money back and how you ask for it.

The Acceptable Use and Community Policy sets out the full list. In summary you must not:

• Record, download, copy, or redistribute lesson video, exercises, or quizzes.
• Share your account, your password, or a lesson link with anybody else.
• Use another learner's account.
• Try to reach a course you have not bought, or work around the paywall.
• Send abusive, obscene, sectarian, or threatening content, in a nickname or anywhere else.
• Attack, probe, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Use an automated tool to collect content from the platform.
• Present platform content as your own work.

Every lesson, video, exercise, quiz, image, and text on the platform belongs to Science Street for Technology and Educational Services or to the person who licensed it to us. The Shareh name and logo are our marks.

You keep the rights in anything you write into the platform. You give us the right to store and display it so that the platform works.

We may suspend or close your account when you break these terms, when payment is reversed, when we must comply with a legal order, or when we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being shared or misused. Where the circumstances allow it, we tell you first and give you a chance to answer.

You may close your own account at any time by writing to support@shareh.ai. Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund; the Refund and Cancellation Policy governs that.

We work to keep the platform available, and we do not promise that it is available without interruption. We carry out maintenance, and a supplier we rely on may fail.

We may change or withdraw a feature. If we withdraw something you paid for before your access period ends, clause 11 applies.

The platform is a study aid. We do not promise a grade, an examination result, or a place at any institution.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud, for death, and for personal injury.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for loss caused by your own breach of these terms.

We may change these terms. When a change materially affects your rights, we tell you by email and on the platform, and we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

If you do not accept a new version, you may close your account, and clause 11 governs any money already paid.

Egyptian law governs these terms.

Speak to us first at support@shareh.ai. If we cannot settle the matter, the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.

If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stay in force. If we do not enforce a term at once, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business, and your rights are unaffected.

The Arabic text of these terms governs. The text in the other language is a translation for convenience.
